It trains you for functional fitness for everyday living through balanced whole body approach focusing on correct muscle recruitment, strengthening your stabilizing muscles and recruiting weaker muscles.

Created in the early last century by Joseph Pilates, Pilates exercise system has been adapting and developing ever since to incorporate new research and to deal with the stresses of our current fast paced and mainly sedentary lifestyle.
