Hello and thank you for visiting my website.

My name is Lenka. I’m a fully qualified and insured level 3 mat pilates teacher, ante-post natal exercise  specialist and personal trainer.

I have a passion for health and fitness and a bit of adventure ;-). Exercise has been part of my lifestyle since my teens. I have a particular love for mountains and all seasons mountain sports. I have lead cycling, hiking and skiing groups throughout Europe. I like training and competing in running events and triathlons.

I truly believe that (as Joseph Pilates said) “physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness” and that healthy lifestyle should be part of our everyday lives. Not only does it make us feel good, sport and exercise is also a great way to make others feel good. I have therefore raised money for good causes when completing the 24hours Three Peaks Challenge and some of my triathlon and running events. I have also organized community events such as triathlon relays, cycle to work days and have set up and run on-site exercise classes in an office based environment.

Training to become a personal trainer has been a natural progression for me. Having found pilates eight years ago, I saw a great improvement to my performance and everyday movement. As a personal trainer with special qualification and interest in ante-post natal exercise, I then decided to also train as a Pilates teacher. All its benefits and results made Pilates the focus of both my exercise teaching and my own practice. It makes my other fitness based teaching and training much more effective, meaningful and safe.

Being a mum of a lively toddler and now expecting my second baby,  I have also first-hand experience of the great benefits of the ante and post natal exercise and can help you discover how physical activity can help you to cope with the demands of motherhood. Juggling my pilates/fitness teaching, family and my own workouts, I can show you how you can make exercise part of your busy lifestyle.

Passionate about healthy lifestyle, pilates, fitness and working with expactant and new mums, I’m committed to help you discover your own inner strength, enhancing your physical performance for healthy movement in everyday life.

Never satisfied with my own knowledge, I strive to continuously update and develop my skills further.
