My name is Lenka. I’m passionate about how our body moves and I’d like to share this passion with you. I’m a fully qualified and insured level 3 mat pilates teacher, personal trainer and ante-post natal exercise specialist and I’d like to help you on your path towards the healthy body and mind we all want.

My mission is to help you discover your own inner strength, enhancing your physical performance for healthy movement in everyday life, regardless your starting point.
